An imposing figure, standing six and a half feet tall, with broad shoulders.

Its body is composed of plates of gray cermet and silver metal, with an outer layer of hide, in a manner such as armor, as protection.

Its face is relatively featureless, lacking a nose and ears. Banyan’s eyes are green and gem-like which glow faintly.

On its forehead is a mark which resembles a glowing sword.

Banyan posses a head of “hair”, which is composed of ivy, moss, and wildflowers from a large crack in the back of his head.

Banyan was currently a star attraction of a circus which just pulled into Nesena Town. Banyan has been brought to The Golden Snake by its boss, Cyrhus, in a cheap attempt at free drinks. Accompanying Banyan is a little gnome named Indore along who, like Banyan, is being offered up as entertainment.

Banyan’s mannerisms are very staid, almost as if it is nothing more than living rock. Every word and movement is with done with purpose and only after careful internal deliberation. Despite this, Banyan attempts to greet any friendly individual with warmth and dignity, perhaps to the dismay of Cyrhus.

Banyan’s current mission is to safely see a young Elven girl, Nearna, to Pard’lu. Banyan sees the orphan (her grandfather having been killed before Banyan’s eyes, to his horror) as his personal responsibility.

Along the way, in the town of Ral Sarur, he came into contact with the shopkeeper who found him. He was given a small item that, when attached, somehow increased his awareness of nature. Through a second contact with an explorer, he has since found out he was originally discovered in a temple in the Feywild.
